Good hiring process, you get hired immediately and company does not waste time on issuing the offer letters. Offices are standardized and you receive good gifts from the company.

No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. There is no recognition here, after training for so many domains they put me support, project managers specifically in power are not up to the mark they only think of themselves and there is very toxic culture here , no proper promotion and recognition.

The organisation has a vast presence in many cities . Even in tier two cities. This supports work life balance very well . The bench policy permits new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

If no work is allocated by company or if a person is not playing a big role, the release should be done in 15 days along with paying compensation of earned leaves

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects
