The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

No major dislikes. Company is very good. But however, it would be better if the yearly increments are given a little higher.

I enjoy working at LTIMindtree because of the excellent work-life balance and job security and opportunity to travel abroad for career growth. Additionally, I appreciate the chance to work on Android development alongside IOS, which has been great for my career growth. The company also offers numerous learning sessions and opportunities to earn valuable certifications.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)

Dislikes

The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information

No work life balance, no hikes ,no growth, forcing to come 5days office even on weekends. Rotational shift. They force to come to office even on odd shifts. They don't consider for female employee also. Made wrong decision to join here.
