Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear.
