In night shift there is no food available in food court after 12-1am and for morning shift also in 5th floor no coffee/tea/milk is available till 8am.

Regular connect/ exposure to senior management which helps us to know where company is heading, and where do we fit in. The Internal tools or applications that are used which i dislike. When we work for betterment of client and make their life simpler. We can also make our tools or applications better to make the life of our PMs/managers simpler. There are too much of check points which can be avoided.

I enjoy working at LTIMindtree because of the excellent work-life balance and job security and opportunity to travel abroad for career growth. Additionally, I appreciate the chance to work on Android development alongside IOS, which has been great for my career growth. Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information
