There is no recognition here, after training for so many domains they put me support, project managers specifically in power are not up to the mark they only think of themselves and there is very toxic culture here , no proper promotion and recognition.

I am working in LTIMindtree and it an very proud feeling to work here. The work culture here is very good and also the peoples are very supportive and helpful. It is an great experience to work here.

As of now the only things is the location selection is not there for an fresher , Only this thing I feel it should be there apart from that everything is good.

Project team conducted various project activities such as TT tournament, Box cricket league which was really interesting, fun and refreshing in the work life. Good cab service .

Dislikes

Shifts times are too long , it should be either 7.5hrs or 8hrs not more than that. Sick leave policy is bad . Should focus on employees mental health. No refe
