Some projects were better, but not all. People are not ready to give you a chance in a new domain even if you're ready to give your 100% to learn a new skill. Overall a 2.75/5 rating.

Things were very good when Mindtree was existing as an entity, but after the merger entity LTIMindtree came into effect, things went haywire. Especially in terms of promotions & hikes, LTIMindtree was the worst last year, with highest hike percentage of normal employees at around 2.5-3%. & after the merger, normal things such as theleave policies, especially sick leaves etc. become bad & even the work was not that great. The organisation has a vast presence in many cities . Even in tier two cities. This supports work life balance very well . The bench policy permits new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Dislikes

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Well in case you fall sick you believe that you wouldn't be able to give you hundred percentage and you like to take a leave asset leave that a two problems one you have to show medical certificate then you can take 2 days of Sik leave if you want to apply for one day just one day they weather or not sick leave of three days two days one day they keep sending your emails meeting for meeting invitation with your immediate reporting manager and his Manager or her manager along with HR person it talk sec and tortures Company...Read More

No user friendly systems. Employees are not encouraged by BU awards. No HR is meeting it's BU. Keeping resigned resources and newly hired ones as a cost. If no work is allocated by company or if a person is not playing a big role, the release should be done in 15 days along with paying compensation of earned leaves

Work environment is good. Work life balance is setistecotry. High chance that you will not get project specific to your domain, but any how that will be managed.

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

This is best example of being worst company in Indian IT consulting sector. It has no culture,no process no organisational mechanism. Just bunch of few jokers running the organisation inspired by cynical SN Subrahmanyan who wants all employees to work 24*7 on salary similar to peanuts
