Some projects were better, but not all. People are not ready to give you a chance in a new domain even if you're ready to give your 100% to learn a new skill. Overall a 2.75/5 rating.
Things were very good when Mindtree was existing as an entity, but after the merger entity LTIMindtree came into effect, things went haywire. Especially in terms of promotions & hikes, LTIMindtree was the worst last year, with highest hike percentage of normal employees at around 2.5-3%. & after the merger, normal things such as theleave policies, especially sick leaves etc. become bad & even the work was not that great. Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.
