Nothing is good in this company.. the salary they pay is very low.. I have been working from 2.8 years in same salary.No hike no projects . They will kick you out if you are not able to find project .

LTI provides opportunity to up-skill, since they have tie-up with private training institute and employee can get good online training(self learning). Chennai office is in DLF, so the work environment is good. LTI has fun zone to relax, evening free snacks(which are not provided in many IT service companies), yearly once employee are allowed to bring their family. There is no transparency in appraisal process,good appraisal rating does not mean you get good hike. On what basis hike is given is a top secret. Career growth is depend on your manager not on the hard work you put. As I work as SAP consultant, I had to travel a lot. But worst things is, I will never know when I will return home. Nowork from home option, it is all up to the manager to permit you. Recently there as been many cases where long time serving employees were sent out siting non-performance. So job security is not guaranteed. Most of the project I had worked in, I had to work on Saturday and sometime Sunday without compensation. I was very peaceful and very happy while working there. I can maintained my both personal and professional life. They provide many facilities to the employee like free snacks , dinner and free shuttle services. They provide free quality training both behavioral and technical for grooming ourselves. Never ever heard about sacking employees so i felt very secure there and the most important thing was overall rating yearly was good compare to other companies even during recession period while every IT company suffered but we didn’t feel that much difference ....Read More

Only thing i disliked was not about my company but the lead and the manager in my project. They have very bad rules for the promotions as well as onsite opportunities. So there was a major difference in gradation . They differentiate between the people coming from outside company and people working in L n T from the very beginning.
