LTIMindtree is good place to work. Senior and Junior cooperation is highly appreciated. There is no problem in facing client as we have senior Leadership behind us.

Appraisal process is not transparent at all. There is no equality in Salary structure on same grade and experience

It's Great Company to work. Good Work Life balance and Employee Policies. It supports its employees in case of emergencies such as like Covid. It provides all the learning courses which can improve the employees learning and future.

Annual hikes for existing employees will be very less. You need to ask and if your manager is good he will talk for you and ensure it is good to an extent. If you are not in right project, even if you ask you may or may not get.
