Hi All, I have 12+ years of experience in IT. I worked for IBM, TCS, WIPRO in full time. I'm from 10+3 (After 10th, full time 3 Years computer science diploma). Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception.
