Now is doctor going to provide me sick leave certificate if I am on my periods or for a back/stomach ache,Also appraisal cycle policy is worst since the merger of LTI Mindtree. If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.

Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.
