Work life balance is good as everyone is quite relaxed towards their job.

Dislikes

A very conservative mindset prevalent across the bank, limiting scope for learning and growth compared to other banks. There is a matrix for KRAs however, the ratings and appraisal, including the variable pay are subjective.

seniors& Hr not supportive if you take any medical leave they will make your life hell in kotak also will not pay any salary of compensation. they will get you exit from system without any prior information and you will not be able to avail mediclaim facilities inspite of paying the huge amount from your salary.. totally bad experience also if you mail your HR Head and MD about the behavior of HR n seniors they will not do anything… worst company I have seen my life .. I have been here for 2 years and everything was going well, everything was fine. Everything was fine and the company was also good, the best company.

Everything was fine in the company for 2 years. After 2 years, some problem arose and I had to learn something in the company. Someone at work asked me to give the design.

I feel terrible n suffocated to work here . No support n system is ridiculous. Branch manager is working like glorified rm over here . So many zoom call n terrible pressure from seniors to attend it .

Dislikes

Zoom calls n concall . Senior thinks that they may create over pressure on ground people n they will delivered.every day they ask for life insurance n general insurance . No asking on other products. Humiliation done by seniors for not delivering the desired targets infront of every one . Pathetic environment. M very sad to work here
