Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. People like Uday Kotak who is the MD of this bank don't want it's employees to live a peaceful & comfortable life in this organisation. They justify themselves saying see we over burden, over stress and humiliate you but don't hit you below the belt and then they actually do

It's a terrible.place to work...no respect for people...they will abuse you verbally im front of managers and managers will just say..that happens everyday every where..don't worry about it... There is nothing I like actually, extremely terrible and abusive place to work ...HR also don't help much as they already are aware about the culture they establish... When I tried to involve senior management and Uday Kotak into the matter of being abusive culture...no responses from there....you can't expect anything from them frankly
