It is great company to start your career. It has lot to learn and very supportive management. For the female employee it is very good company to do job. Team managers and team leader are really supportive and guide you in right way.

Dislikes

Salary hike is less and promotion depends on the target achieved in the floor, HR policies are good but HRs are unactive most of the time.

Not at all employee friendly, don’t get better compensation and forget about perks and benefits . Stress-full high volume work. Good for people to gain initial experience in retail banking, definitely no for long career

It was great working with kotak. M glad that i was a part of KTK. I learn so much here. It was my first job, friendly environments. Helpful TL managers colegues.

There is nothing that one can dislike anything here. The only reason i left the job is package, as per my requirment it was not sufficient, so... But hope this issue will definitly resolved very soon.

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow..mangers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

I spend 18 months with this bank, overally it was a good bank. But providing salary and compensation is not good and company products categories are too many.

Salary and Compensation was not satisfactory, Life Insurance and General Insurance pressure beyond imagination.
