I hardly like anything about indusind bank the only thing anyone could prefer it is only to get salary hike and once they're in the industry with a good package they can easily jump off to any other boosting themselves up

If you're a person with sales in your veins indusind is the best place to work in and there's no any early relieving option, though you or any of your likes ones are dying you need to serve 3 complete month's notice period and leave such a industry with a plan in which there won't be single thought about their employees nor their families

Nothing at all. working hard for full year so that I can grow but ultimately nothing is given by bank laike other banks provide good bonus and salary hike

No work culture at all and reward after all the Hard work at end of FY bonus is so pathetic

...d Appraisal too let For Example : 1 April 2022 To 31 March 2023 this one year . Platform employee is expected my appraisal letter provide April 2023 or May 2023 but Indusind Bank provide Appraisal lette and salary haik October 2023 . 6 Months let to provide Appraisal letter and salary high .

Appraisal and salary hike is below expectation , appraisal is not basis on your performance, no skill development and learning exposure

Management Support was good and you can get the promotion but the issue is too much sales pressure

Everything About the bank is fake no salary increase at all work pressure is very much high they don't provide that much leaves also work environment is also very bad
