As the Chief Manager of Kotak Mahindra Bank, I have mixed feelings about the company. On one hand, the culture is conducive for employees to work. However, there are some downsides. Employees are not heard off in unusual circumstances, HR has lethargic and orthodox policies, and even top management lacks interest in resolving employee issues.
