My working environment was good and I my self want to learn more in Kotak mahindra bank and for career growth it was a right place.

Dislikes

Well I did not like that the way sale manager treat the employer, and not Giving good rating at the time of appraisal, don't leave team to speak,not to do team work.... We All know that bangalore leaving cost is very high but there incremental is very low.
