HR management is completely puppet. Hiring of supervisory role requires relevant and experienced person from same banking industry but this bank hires who are from other industries. Management will support with people no experience and who can do mockery. People with skills and knowledge will be degraded here.

Worst Company ever I worked ! Company culture is Worst They will Force to Use your own money, if your Target is not Achieved people are there using their own money month and Month, I have seen these Shit things .

There is no job security at all our superiors will force us to put resignation and the company will not even provide the travel allowance even it is there in the job offer as they will say like you have to do 50products in a month to get travel allowance, and when ur serving ur notice period they will change the branch without informing you and the changed branch will be far 30kms away from homes.and one more thing is here we have to work frm 9:30am to 9pm even there after area managers and rbh call also they will never close the branch at all and all the staff has to wait till 9pm. Life became hell. zero work life balance ,they will offer you good designation like manager or deputy manager at start and good compensation as well, but all lies are hides under this. No support from upper management , Zero understanding in other department, Too much of politics which will eventually drag you down, If you want to work other will drag you down.
