i would like to give big thanks to company policies, the main is mediclaim which i used for my two kids, management is very good the workers are too good.i would like to say thank you PRIYA MADAM for supporting and the BM pradeep sir, and the uday kotak sir for giving all these facillities and the opportunity for every one.

i dislike one thing.i,e the leave policy which mentioned i.e 30 days general leave we can take in one year, but managers are not able to give leaves, if you do sales only you will get leaves, even i am pregnant in one year i took 5 days leave and the working time for me in pregnancy was morning 9 am to till 8.30 pm, till 11.00 also i stayed when audit was done , because i have keys with me, no one is able to take the keys and take the risks, even in pregnancy i stayed till that time no one wants to take the keys....Read More

All are good,except work culture. Here almost seniors are there from foundation to right now,here is no chances to growth individually if you are did highest possibilities also.
