seniors& Hr not supportive if you take any medical leave they will make your life hell in kotak also will not pay any salary of compensation. they will get you exit from system without any prior information and you will not be able to avail mediclaim facilities inspite of paying the huge amount from your salary.. totally bad experience also if you mail your HR Head and MD about the behavior of HR n seniors they will not do anything… worst company I have seen my life ..
