It's not bank it's insurance company. Sister concern company of kotak life insurance.if you are working in operations then life is more tuff as no data mapped to you . Totally depend on branch walk in.customer base is low of bank .Management does not have any plan how to do business they need numbers only .you have to do cold call door by door if you does not have your own good customer base of previous organizations. Late evening con calls even after your day end .messages and calls after working hours at 09.00 pm and on holidays also. Huge pressure with low customer base .Also ask for working on holidays if Life insurance targets not met....Read More

Maybe the KMBL is very good in other cities but in Ludhiana cluster it was terrible and not at all good.

That senior seniors are taking all actions at their own just sitting at their home and forcing other employee to go out and sale even though they are roaster. This covid is for seniors and not for juniors plz explain and want some comments from top management. Rules and regulations should be equal and without biasness. In books it was WFH but senior seniors force us to come to Branch and do work and go outside even though condition were not secure and this is job insecurity and mismanaged by top management....Read More

Terrible not even proper staff in branches and short of staff make other employee in pressure of work which is not good and reduce work efficiency and work late night which in result make unsatisfied staff working in kmbl.
