Partiality, favouritism & worst politics, worst top management. Even you work for more hours & extended the time to complete the work. They simply said low performance. Higher management is judgemental. If they don't like you they treat you badly & they never gave hike also.

Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced....Read More

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.

There are very little things to like about working at Iopex But the only thing is good for Freshers is you would get work with some great clients for example Palo Alto Networks and Splunk who are Industry leaders. Knowledge is abundant and can learn lot of things only if we are self-motivated.

Almost everything other than the Name of the Client is disliked by me. There is no work- life balance for night shift employees no monetary benefits. Very poor and bad management and Managers they don't have any say in anything. The HR is probably the worst with no clear and transparent policies and no clear answers to any of your concerns<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No proper appraisal only for select few(try to read between the lines) get good appraisal</mark>. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. iOPEX has good work culture and allows employees work freely. Here we got a good support from tenured people and Management. Having a employee friendly policies and new initiatives from HR team on recognizing the work anniversaries of each individual employee. Also motivating the employees by providing the rewards for their efforts towards work. Work nature is good and there is no work pressure, Freshers can join if they don't have job or not yet get job. Company policy will not compactable for preson who needs to develop their skills and move.

Teammates are good and kind persons. Training wise good but cannot expect that in project. Salary is very much low for one can sustaine their life. Also same as appraisal worst than I have ever heared. They are more concious to develop their ecosystem not considering employees career growth. Better for to get experience and move.
