Role & responsibilities

1. Design and implement data-driven revenue growth strategies to achieve incremental ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive higher campaign performance and increase overall brand spend.
3. Leverage insights from marketing analytics to build actionable strategies for digital media investments.
4. Develop and nurture relationships with key digital media partners, agencies, and platforms (SSPs, DSPs).
5. Negotiate and structure impactful media deals to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
6. Lead initiatives to align media partnerships with overall business development goals.
7. Oversee analytics frameworks to track and improve performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, and engagement.
8. Collaborate with client teams to optimize campaign strategies based on insights and real-time data.
9. Implement tools and processes to measure the incremental value of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
10. Present actionable insights and performance updates to Client executives and cross-functional teams.
11. Conceptualize and execute initiatives to enhance media performance and audience targeting.
12. Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to integrate cutting-edge strategies into campaigns.

We are looking for a seasoned Manager/Sr. Manager Practices (Campaign Strategist) to lead revenue strategies and drive impactful insights for our Digital Marketing and Media Services team. With over 10 years of expertise in digital media partnerships, business development, and data-driven decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing campaign performance, fostering brand partnerships, and scaling revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with a deep understanding of seller-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), marketing analytics, and ROI-focused execution.
