Requirement Summary / Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Manager/Sr. Manager - Data Operations (Analytics and Insights) to lead data-driven decision-making and strategy for our Digital Marketing and Media Services team.
This role combines technical expertise, marketing analytics, and strategic thinking to drive impactful insights that optimize campaigns, enhance brand strategies, and support go-to-market plans.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in SQL, data visualization, and marketing analytics tools, alongside a deep understanding of social listening and data refinement.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You will be part of the Digital Marketing and Media Services team at iOPEX which looks for vibrant individuals who share the common values of Intrapreneurship, Customer Focus, Integrity, and Transparency, which we call as the "iOPEX Code".
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Analyze data from 1st and 3rd party sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Lead the creation of robust marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance across channels (e., digital ads, social media, content marketing).
- Partner with the customers to build data-driven brand strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, identify emerging trends, and refine messaging.
- Deliver recommendations that align with business goals and consumer behaviour insights.
- Establish and maintain data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data models and optimize reporting pipelines.
- Design compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI).
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Train team members on leveraging analytics tools and interpreting data insights.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data analysis and output.
- Allocate resources effectively to prioritize tasks and optimize team performance.
- Lead all Technical stand-up meeting with clients and ensure all complex cases are resolved on time.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Advanced proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and managing large datasets.
- Expertise with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI) and social listening platforms (e., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
- Strong understanding of 1st and 3rd party data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Proven ability to build brand strategies and support go-to-market planning using data insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance metrics (e., CTR, ROAS, engagement).
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and predictive analytics.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or related platforms.
