Job Summary:

The Analyst Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key analysts and influencers in the industry to promote the company's products and services.

The goal is to establish the company as a thought leader and to drive business growth through analyst coverage and research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute Analyst Engagement Strategies

- Identify key analysts and influencers in the industry and develop engagement strategies to build relationships and increase coverage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling stories and messaging for analyst interactions.

- Build and Maintain Relationships with Analysts :

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key analysts, including regular meetings, briefings, and updates.

- Provide analysts with expertise, data, and insights to help them with their research and analysis.

- Secure Analyst Coverage and Research :

- Influence analysts to write positive research reports and coverage notes about the company's products and services.

- Provide analysts with access to company executives, products, and services to support their research.

- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Developments :

- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies to inform analyst relations strategies and messaging.

- Measure and Report on Analyst Relations Effectiveness :

- Track and measure the effectiveness of analyst relations efforts, including metrics such as media impressions, coverage notes, and research reports.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on analyst relations progress and impact.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with analysts and influencers.

- Proven track record of success in analyst relations or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
