Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
- 6 + Years Excellent Client Relationship Management Identifying, recommending and implementing ways to increase the productivity and the quality.
- Work very closely with customers to solve problems.
- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of customer escalations, enquiries and complaints from external and internal customers.
- Responsible for internal customer service and satisfaction.
- Responsible for vendor management & close the positions as per SLA Responsible for the Salary Benchmarking for the support function.
- Need to be approachable and supportive towards the team.

Technical Proficiency:
- Excellent MS Excel, Macros and PowerPoint skills ,Database management, Good in Recruitment.
- Excellent Communication, Creativity , Decision Making & Influencing Skills , Managerial Skills Handling Stakeholders different business.

- This role is crucial to the success by identifying and attracting top talent within the Digital Marketing and Advertising domain.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in recruitment, possessing strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across all levels. Proactively understand their hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify top talent pools, competitor analysis, and emerging trends in the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for roles across various digital marketing functions,
Including:
- Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Content Marketing, Digital Media Planning & Buying o Data & Analytics - Partner with leadership to identify and recruit high-potential candidates for senior-level roles within the Digital Marketing team.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensure they meet SLAs and quality standards.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and career development.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
- Consistently exceeding hiring targets and meeting SLAs for all positions.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Attracting and hiring top talent within the Digital Marketing domain.
