Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Good Knowledge in technicality of Digital Marketing, Planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns for the company and coordinating with the agency. Keep company website updated and manages e-commerce backend. Handling E-commerce business from the company website and AMAZON.COM. Enhancing the companies brand reputation in digital media. Ensure regular internal and external communication with employees, customers, and media. Can handle Department independently, ready to take leadership.

• Manage the development and implementation of online marketing activities.
• Implement strategies for website development and traffic growth.
• Manage and work with a cross-functional team of developers, content editors, online marketers, and designers to successfully execute online strategies.
• Develop & coordinate engaging promotions, stories, or concepts around our business that will spark social networks, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Website Management: make sure of its operational, ongoing promotion, technical maintenance, visits activity reports and content management & updating.
• SEO to improve visibility, brand recognition, and website traffic by achieving organic rankings in search engines for the keyword phrases most popularly searched by our target audience.
• Monitor performance and web site traffic against plans and recommend and implement changes as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Provided daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of online campaigns.
• Worked closely with sales team to continuously measure clients' feedback.
• Provide regular feedback on competitive activities and recommend any necessary response.
• Prepare and set up a Campaign on the Paid platform. (AdWords, Facebook, E-Mail) Campaign Setup: - Remarketing Campaign, Search Campaigns, and Display Campaigns & Shopping campaigns.
• Test and Offer New Strategies & Recommendation such as: - Device Targeting, Mobile Targeting, Site links extensions & Call Extensions.
• All Campaigns management with team, assignment of task to the team.
• Responsible for reporting directly to the owner of the company daily while developing and managing online campaigns.
• Handling E Commerce sites for the company such as Amazon,1Mg, Netmeds, Flipkart and other online digital platforms and perform the below activities:

1. Processing of the order

2. Co-ordinate delivery and returns of customer orders.

3. Co-ordination with Amazon customer care

4. Inventory Management

5. Performance tracking

6. Promotions

7. Sales Report

8. Amazon Campaign management

9. Monitor all dispatches.

10. Catalogue uploading

• Listing of Sharangdhar Products on all major and health related ecommerce marketplaces and managing respective accounts.
• Courier-related assistance and inventory monitoring.
• Creating and Managing product feeds in Google Merchant Center.
• Increasing the website sales by 30% annually through Digital Marketing Activities.
• Team Handling and monitoring.
• Co-ordination with the third parties related to digital marketing projects.
• Any other activities to increase sales of online division.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good command over English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Should be tech savvy.
• Good Knowledge in technicality of Digital Marketing
• Should know how to use website , Twitter, Face-book & LinkedIn.
• Have good analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
• Need to be proactive and full of ideas.
