UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team. This position will focus on designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance our brands digital presence, drive engagement, and support marketing goals. Youll work closely with our marketing and development teams to design and optimize web pages, landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets to ensure an exceptional user experience and align with our brand guidelines.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand campaign goals and create user-centric designs for websites, landing pages, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.
• Design engaging, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate interfaces that promote the companys products, services, and brand identity.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, user testing, and competitor analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain consistent, reusable UI elements and templates for marketing projects across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are efficiently implemented and optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
• Design A/B test variations to optimize user flows, conversions, and other key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.
• Continuously improve the user experience by gathering feedback, analyzing user behavior, and implementing changes to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices, particularly in the context of digital marketing.
