UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

1. User Interface Design: - Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wire frames, mock ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. - Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices.

2. User Experience Design: - Conduct user research to understand the target audience and gather insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user personas and user journeys. - Implement user-centered design principles to enhance overall user satisfaction.

3. Prototyping and Testing: - Build interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback. - Conduct usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results

4. Collaboration: - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. - Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

5. Stay Updated: - Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience: - 1-6 years of proven experience in UI/UX design. - Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.

Skills: - Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
