I have full satisfaction on Job security here. There's no need to panic on losing job if there's no project, the employees would be moved to another team. I like the work culture here and it's friendly with the employees. The management here is pathetic. It's like they have no mercy on employees. They're expecting to inform them foreven a short restroom breaks. I hope this rule exists only on the team I work. I hate to work here because of these rules. No compensation or benefit for employees on their salary. If you take cab or food they provide here, the amount will be deducted from our salary. The CTC provided here are not fair. They include the allowances with the CTC. The work pressure is not high but the pressure from the supervisors or leads and Managers are literally high. They have a set of rules to follow here, and those rules run you like are in a school. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Even they have a margin amount per employee while going for team outing. If it exceeds we need to pay them the excess amount. Work from home is not provided even on a emergency situation. The management wants us only for production and we get nothing in return. Another rule on applying leave is we can't apply a 2 consecutive days for leave along with weekends or corporate holidays. Employees here are utilizing the leave for the reason of travelling to hometown mostly. Some employees would come from a long distance which would take a whole day just for travelling. I have been working here for the past 6 months. Love the work culture and best for the freshers to improve their skills. Management people are friendly we can share any issues openly they will help to solve them immediately.

Dislikes

A travel policy needs to be a concern because they detect cab charges from the salary and there is no cab for morning shift employees. The night shift allowance has to improve cause it's too low for industries standard. They charge extra money from the employee for team outings.

There strict wfo policy they will provide 2 days wfh based on your relation with managers , no wfh even if you have major function in you family where u need long leaves more than 2 week than no chance earlier they used to give wfh if you are going home but their new policy sucks... HR do take feedbacks but sorry they share yournames with manager if u mention anything in feedback.. 2. Next is night shift ...they don't give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

In my experience, the upper management shows partiality amoung employees. If your in close circle to them you will get whole year work from home option, yearly hike and promotion also. Even you extend and work and completed all aspects. You never get hike and good ratings. The upper management don't have idea of Java projects. As per your experience you suggest any opinions. They not considered but later they implement some dumb ideas and got worst results. About management they assign non-java developer and lower than your experience person as your lead for you. If you questioned they simply said its their process. That lead not even write any code just ordering you to complete the task. If you are in leave they said to connect in remote. About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. Poor IT Support: If any issues occur with your laptop or PC, the IT team will simply ask you to restart it. They do not take backups when changing your laptop. Poor Administration: HR personnel roam around with their laptops all day, yet they do not respond to messages. You will not receive any arrears here. If the appraisal periodis changed, they will not discuss it with you beforehand; they will simply inform you. Poor Food Quality: The cafeteria serves the worst food you will ever have. Only on Wednesdays do they provide decent food. The food supplier behaves as if they are giving away free food. Everything. Worst management. You will be reporting to the operation goons who knows nothing. They will recruit a communication trainer and will not let them work independently. They will ask you to do what they think os right and if uou tell them that it won’t work, they’ll say they have been in that company for more than you have,so they know what will work and will make you work like a quality agent. In the end what they said won’t work and they’ll again come back to us and again do the same! You won’t be a trainer here, rather a slave. You can’t learn anything new! You can only tell the recruiter of the next company that you have done something, learnt something apart from just audits and coaching, that too they will expect 100 audits and 100 coachings a week, but sorry! Where is the training part that is there in my designation!!!!! There is mo SOP. One week you will audit a set of people’s contact and voah and next week another but the second week, they will ask you on the traction of the set of people you coahed last week! The salary structure, even before the appraisal meeting they will be fixed with your wage and further opportunities. A good licker can grow and a strong skilled employee can walk out.

One may like the fact that they are being paid for doing nothing. However, if you are someone who wishes to learn and develop their skills you may be extremely disappointed.

Dislikes

There is no proper management and you may be switched to different projects where you may have to begin from the very beginning. At times, you may not be given any work and you would have to stay idle with no skill development and responsibilities whatsoever.
