I have full satisfaction on Job security here. There's no need to panic on losing job if there's no project, the employees would be moved to another team. I like the work culture here and it's friendly with the employees. The management here is pathetic. It's like they have no mercy on employees. They're expecting to inform them foreven a short restroom breaks. I hope this rule exists only on the team I work. I hate to work here because of these rules. No compensation or benefit for employees on their salary. If you take cab or food they provide here, the amount will be deducted from our salary. The CTC provided here are not fair. They include the allowances with the CTC. The work pressure is not high but the pressure from the supervisors or leads and Managers are literally high. They have a set of rules to follow here, and those rules run you like are in a school. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Even they have a margin amount per employee while going for team outing. If it exceeds we need to pay them the excess amount. Work from home is not provided even on a emergency situation. The management wants us only for production and we get nothing in return. Another rule on applying leave is we can't apply a 2 consecutive days for leave along with weekends or corporate holidays. Employees here are utilizing the leave for the reason of travelling to hometown mostly. Some employees would come from a long distance which would take a whole day just for travelling. I have been working here for the past 6 months. Love the work culture and best for the freshers to improve their skills. Management people are friendly we can share any issues openly they will help to solve them immediately.

Dislikes

A travel policy needs to be a concern because they detect cab charges from the salary and there is no cab for morning shift employees. The night shift allowance has to improve cause it's too low for industries standard. They charge extra money from the employee for team outings.

One may like the fact that they are being paid for doing nothing. However, if you are someone who wishes to learn and develop their skills you may be extremely disappointed.

There is no proper management and you may be switched to different projects where you may have to begin from the very beginning. At times, you may not be given any work and you would have to stay idle with no skill development and responsibilities whatsoever.

What is even wrong with such companies why are they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit. A person who had got a better opportunities had to grow. Do not join this conpany. Very toxic.

They do not let you go for a different company even when you are not ok to be here anymore or have gotten better opportunites elsewhere. The worst company this is.

There is nothing to like when u don't have job security. Freshers and experienced join here from different states they leave Everthing behind and come to join this company but here in this company they will start playing with your career by giving every Friday assessments.

Everthing is dislike only They will hire multiple people and fire them all. All the comments have been forcefully taken from present employees. Dont get cunfuse while joining this is not a company. U will suffer once u join here Every day u feel like why i have join here

There's not much to like as they will force you to work and won't approve leaves as it's a part of their KRA, BPO experienced managers are the worst, they don't know technical stuff at all and will start giving lectures about technical things, learn your job first.

Micromanagement and non technical managers who think they know what they are doing, worst place to work
