Nothing apart from the fact that they give salary on time but yeah, if u make a single mistake in filling tax declaration, then it will hamper your salary as well.
Lot of politics from capgemini managers. Theres lot of favouritism. They want a person to work more on their internal projects even after spending 10-12 hrs on client projects. Until & unless you do that, you wont be considered for any increments even though u receive appreciation from client for your work. They force you to go on lunch with them each day & if u deny, they their ego gets hurt. Delivery managers doesnt believe in grooming a resource. - Yearly appraisals are really really bad. Some people got even 1% appraisal. - Some Director grade employees have attitude issue. - Along with the project works you also need to work on POCs together to get noticed by higher management. - Before each and every new new project you have to give client interview, which is really annoying.

It's a funding indian Elections and AI. You told me to go for vacations and you terminate me. Even you didn't provide me 1 month leaves that was accumulate by me for last 3-4 years. Pandit, Muslim and Lower caste is a combination which used to make business down and you can see the share market. That's why we facing riot's these days.
Company has a political inclinations towards a certain political party i.e. Congress lead front. Company has huge management cost which should be reduced. It's a Non Indian Multinational company which a threat to security. You is supporting to certain caste. Too much women friendly and too much muslim friendly. You are not focus on your employees. You are helping other companies.

They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. The exposure to diverse projects and technologies has beed invaluable in shaping my automaiton testing skills
one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies.
