Pros - Skill development is the best what you get ,You're going to learn so many things within few months (2) The managers are really supportive and all of them will help you to achieve excellence (3) there are many possibilities that you can grow at a higher pace then your friends and collogues depending upon your capacity to capture the knowledge .

No job security, they can kick as anytime they want, we dont get the promised salary, shift timing is bad, worst management they have, they wont give any leave. nor they give work from home.
