This company is bulls*it and there are no likes about it, If you want to have a growth in life make sure to improve your technical skills and move to abroad, because I think most of the companies in India will force employees to work overtime. So it completely depends on you, hustle now and enjoy later on!!

- Micromanagement - If you need certification of any tool then you need to agree with 1 year bond. - This company doesn't have a proper system - If you lic* your manager's feet, then your future will be in a good position. I would say that management is really supporting their employees and encouraging them to gain a strong technical knowledge where ever they need , one of the best platform to make your self strong in technical. Company policies are good and you will not get any complain towards them , those are always giving benefits to their employees and job security is also high.

Imposes a useless training bond which is actually to make sure that the person does not leave them after experiencing the worst environment in IT industry. No option to add Mediclaim benefits for Parents. Work culture is toxic as the management hardly understands or even doesn't dare to listen to employees' concerns. No reimbursements for the Internet, Phone bills. About the Appraisals, they make sure they are the worst. Appraisals are always delayed no matter what. Management plays pity blame games. Relieving letter is provided after 6 months - 1 year after the employee leaving the company in most cases, if not all....Read More

I love working with iOPEX as they provide very good projects to learn more on latest technologies and gain hands-on the same

It's good if the policies are little more tuned to be employee friendly like cashless health insurance (medi-cards) as health is utmost priority in everyone's life and waiting for the approvals during pre-claim process is tedious

Lots of learning, centralized support team and great support from colleagues and managers.

Dislikes

Feels like few things need to upgrade with time such as work from home policy, quality assessments and should not promote surveillance culture, micromanagement.
