Pathetic work culture & ZERO Job security. Delivery managers are incapable to complete work . Staffs are very less & work allocation is unlimited , So many managers have background as simple graduation only , not even engineering or management degree background & they are incapable to handle IT projects. -> Join at your own Risk.

No project management - tasks are assigned by verbally telling you, no ticketing tool like Jira is used. Lots of micro management, If you will ask for WFH, they will tell you to apply leave. No work appreciation, No time value, they can literally call you anytime post office hours and expect you to work. I have worked on weekends too without any comp off or monetary benefits. Lead and manager bitching about your peers in front of you. They don't have any professionalism, even if you ask them to mail this to keep a record of conversation, they will not do so in order for any escalation ahead. Appraisal is terrible ,they didn't even follow thier own system of appraisal. Doesn't matter your rating is high or low and how well you performed they give appraisal like insulting you. Not recommended if want growth in learning and financial wise both.

The office is nice, but that's not enough.

Dislikes

The culture is toxic, the people play politics. There's almost zero appraisal for the past 2 years. No opportunities for growth. Projects are being lost. No job security.

There are no good projects to work upon. The projects which they have involves support work rather than development work. There is no clarity on the road map of the company. Those who are on bench / do not have project allocated they need to complete the working hours compulsory. In case of personal / emergency work they do not allow WFH for those who are on bench.

3 yrs ago InfoBeans was Eternus it was the best company to work with or to learn and Cultural also very good.
