Senior It Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future technical hiring requirements.
• Utilize multiple channels to source top talent, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct detailed phone screens to assess candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the role requirements.
• Act as a consultative partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set expectations, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to evaluate candidates skills, set up coding challenges, and conduct technical interviews.
• Manage the offer process, including preparation and negotiation of compensation packages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years focusing on technical recruiting for software development, engineering, IT, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of hiring high-quality technical talent across multiple roles and levels.
• Familiarity with various technical roles (e.g., front-end/back-end engineers, data engineers, systems architects, DevOps, Java, Python, ServiceNow etc.)
