Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and challenges.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Experience in managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring processes.
• Preparing reports and creating Excel spreadsheets.
