Job Description: Finacle Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting for product/customization bugs identified in the Finacle application.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, internal stakeholders, and developers to deliver change requests, primarily for the Finacle application.
• Provide ongoing support for End of Day (EOD), Begin of Day (BOD), Month-End, and Year-End activities in the Finacle application.
• Assist with BPD (Business Process Design) setup and product configurations as required.
• Actively engage in Disaster Recovery (DR) related support activities to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, and provide timely solutions to business problems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience working with Finacle 10.X version across multiple modules such as Core Banking, CRM, FAS, Alerts, etc.
• Strong functional expertise in key modules related to CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), Deposits, Assets, Payments, Limits/Collaterals, Trade Finance, Reports, CRM, etc.
• Proficient understanding of Finacle menus and lifecycle for the modules mentioned above.
• Knowledge and experience in working with Agile methodologies for project and change management.
• Experience in managing EOD/BOD processes and supporting Month-End and Year-End activities within Finacle.
• Familiarity with Finacle database structure, tables, and data flow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
