Recruiter Specialist - Powai Location

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person)
• Coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting and selection
• Manage job postings on multiple platforms
• Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires
• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of job posting creation on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and ability to source profiles effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
