We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. If you have a passion for finding the right candidates and a keen eye for technical skills, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and technical skills.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in contract staffing is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
