Senior IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ Years of experience Required in Contract Staffing (Contract Hiring & C2H).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and enthusiasm for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-up discussions with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and status.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices in IT recruitment.
  

Qualifications

• Any degree
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in Contract Staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, tools).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
