We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter with 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for various IT roles .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define job specifications for various IT roles.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to the hiring teams.
• Expertise in using multiple recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Experience in negotiating salaries, offers, and closing candidates.
