We are hiring Technical Recruiter for our esteemed organization and kindly find the job description below:

Job Description:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT industry)
• Must have experience in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process (Sourcing to getting candidate On-board)
• Sourcing and Screening prospective candidates for the desired positions by utilizing various sources like Internal Database, Employee Referrals, Job Portals, & Social networking
• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• l80 % in Academics
• Good communication is mandatory.
• Candidate must have core IT/ Technical recruitment experience.
• Experience in Consultancy / IT hiring for corporate will be an advantage
• Good team player

Work from office, with 5 working days: Shift timings 10 AM to 7 PM
