Position Overview:

As a BIM Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our team. You will be responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring qualified BIM professionals across a variety of roles, from BIM modelers to project managers. This position requires an understanding of the AEC industry, specifically BIM technology, and the ability to recruit for highly technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for BIM and AEC-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Strategic Sourcing: Use various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards) to identify and engage BIM professionals with niche skills.
• Job Requirement Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, establish recruitment strategies, and align on candidate qualifications.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career objectives for roles in BIM (e.g., modelers, coordinators, VDC specialists).
• Technical Assessments: Coordinate technical assessments and skill evaluations in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of BIM talent by nurturing relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice within the BIM and AEC communities.
• Hiring Data & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year focusing on BIM or technical roles within the AEC industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and understanding of various BIM roles.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
