Job Description

Job Title: AVP/Senior Director - GTM (Go-To-Market), Business & Content Marketing

Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Marketing, and Content Marketing strategy.

This role is critical in driving growth, positioning iOPEX as a market leader, and enabling revenue acceleration through insight-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities, and experience within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for iOPEX's products, solutions, and services.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and demand generation strategies to drive growth.

Business Marketing Leadership:

- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support revenue generation, brand visibility, and demand creation.

- Develop strategic messaging and positioning to establish iOPEX's unique value proposition.

- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise clients, nurturing relationships to accelerate the sales cycle.

Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive thought leadership and brand authority.

- Create and distribute high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, video content, and industry reports.

- Ensure consistency of messaging and tone across all marketing channels and materials.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce highquality, engaging content that drives engagement and conversions.

Revenue Enablement:

- Enable Sales teams with tools, playbooks, and insights to drive market engagement.

- Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to create impactful sales collateral, battle cards, and solution briefs.

- Align marketing activities with quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Market Insights & Analytics:

- Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform GTM strategy.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.

- Implement data-driven decision-making practices to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing GTM, Business Marketing, and Content Marketing team.

- Foster a collaborative environment with a focus on continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in GTM, Business Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field within the IT/ITeS, technology, or consulting sectors.

- Demonstrated experience driving growth, scaling operations, and delivering strategic initiatives.

- Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and experience working with enterprise clients.

- Experience with IT services companies is required.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
