Manager/Sr Manager - Account Management

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate sales pipelines and drive revenue growth for the DMMS team.
• Identify new growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets through research, networking, and strategic planning.
• Build and nurture a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate business expansion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong and enduring client relationships.
• Drive organic growth within existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify their pain points and business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present compelling pre-sales proposals and solutions.
• Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with client objectives.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
• Develop and monitor customer success metrics to measure and improve performance.
• Proactively address client concerns to enhance retention and foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
