Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Digital Marketing to lead and execute innovative digital media campaigns, provide strategic direction to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of digital media planning, campaign execution, and client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop digital-specific media plans based on the integrated media planning briefs from the Business team.
- Execute and manage campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
- Collaborate with the Business team to understand brand objectives and budgets to align digital strategies with overall communication goals.
- Propose strategic digital approaches based on audience insights, category trends, and competition analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide and mentor the team to ensure effective campaign implementation and delivery.
- Address client queries and manage ad hoc requests related to digital media plan execution.
- Partner with the Business team to review and optimize ongoing digital media campaigns.
- Conduct regular campaign performance reviews and share comprehensive reports with Brand Managers, including post-campaign analysis.
- Contribute to integrated pitches by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee internal reviews, talent resourcing, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to explore innovative ideas, gain industry insights, and foster long-term partnerships for client benefit.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Experience:
- Proven expertise in digital marketing roles within Digital Agencies or Ad Tech Firms.
- Strong background in media planning, campaign execution, and client engagement.
Skills:
- Proficiency in search, social, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of digital media trends, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with category and competition analysis.
