Incentives are good but it will come late and we don't have any idea when it will be coming.

No leaves and for the sick leave also we need to send the prescription even if we have leave balance which is paid leave availables with us. A lot of pressure of work regarding customer satisfaction and for the sales.

HR was selecting on the basis of customer related experience people. They didn't even mentioned in naukri or any other job portals, that relevant experience people are eligible and HR rejected me. I asked the reason for rejection, he said that communication skills are not good. I was far better than the other people. Some people there don't even know how to pronounce English words.
