From a fresher perspective, the campus, the exposure to IT world is a great experience and you can learn with infosys learning platform lex. It's a great start.

Dislikes

From a fresher perspective, You will get project based on your luck or if you know someone in there who can pull you into their project. The growth is not much for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.

Salary hikes- they won't give salary hikes in 2 years or more , promotion- many employees are waiting for mandatory promotion of role for more than 3 years when they should have gave promotion in 2 - 2.5 yrs, job security is okish

1. Beautiful campus 2. Job security, once you are confirmed, they will not remove you (even if you don't have project they will keep you on bench😅 ). But exceptions can be there. 3. Training at Mysore DC (for freshers), it's very beautiful experience . It's good if you want to start your career with Infosys (but without any expectations of good salary 😜).

1. Poor Salary 2. No hike and no promotion. Evaluation is just for name sake. Even if you work hard, mostly you will get met expectations in ratings. 3. Though it depends on your team and project, but on an average work life balance is average here. (Logout time is not fix most of the time 🥲). 4. They will do mass hiring and keep people on bench for longer time. 5. You can be mapped for the role, you are not trained for. 6. With work they will expect you to complet different internal courses (even if you don't have time 😕 ). 7.
