They didnt let me switch to technology which i had experience in. They put me i a project which was totally out of my knowledge and eberyone was atleast had more than 5 years of experience in those projects. They gave me bad rating because i didnt outperform, i did meet expectations even in the field i didnt know anything about. They changed the eligibility criteria for promotions everytime when i was eligible. Its not MNC culture, they will ask you to work on weekends. Very bad clients they have, they will not recognize you have to do chatugari of everyone then they will know how hardworker you are. Not giving any hike

Food price in phase 2 campus is low comparing it to outside food prices Huge and beautiful campus If you are a part of infosys LTD. Then its fine, but if you are a part of infosys BPM then it is tough

I was hired as a contract basis ,I have given 100% I handled H1B visa cases at peak time ,i handled more than 100 cases per day but the manager Deepa didn't recognise and I don't suddenly she terminated me and 2 more members. Still i don't know why she terminated us.
