Currently company is very much strict on the rules and regulations so I am little bit worried about my job security due to some violations and any un planned activities by my own in future.

They didnt let me switch to technology which i had experience in. They put me i a project which was totally out of my knowledge and eberyone was atleast had more than 5 years of experience in those projects. They gave me bad rating because i didnt outperform, i did meet expectations even in the field i didnt know anything about. They changed the eligibility criteria for promotions everytime when i was eligible. They didnt provide single penny hike to experience employee like me for 2.5 years and hired freshers at higher comp....Read More

Dislikes

Its not MNC culture, they will ask you to work on weekends. Very bad clients they have, they will not recognize you have to do chatugari of everyone then they will know how hardworker you are. Not giving any hike

Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.
