I only liked the training phase in Mysore DC. Educators in Mysore DC were very good in teaching and training activities.

Work culture is poor. People who can oil others get preference. Work from home facility is not given to all. Proper training is not given to novice employees before engaging them in a project work. Behaviour of managers are not polite. They pressurize new employees to stay back at office even after they complete their daily task. Employee who don't satisfies managers don't get good appraisal, promotion and salary increment....Read More

Employees are exploited based on and because of the outdated Labor laws of India. Working hours is 9 hours (which affects work-life balance negatively) and even this official working hours is not respected and employees are made to work additional hours. Officially you're provided complimentary leaves for working on holidays/weekends. But when you request to opt for these complimentary leaves, you will be forced to not take leaves unless you provide some justification to take these leaves to the manager. Promotion/progress in your career takes many years and that too with very low wages. If you want to become a total slave and have no value for your personal life, you should join this company (in their support projects)....Read More

Infosys is the best organisation to start the carrer for freshers. Though it have its own pros and cons. Pros are : world class infra, nice foundation program (traning for freshers ) , chance to work in world class organisation with numerous clients across the globe, best for overall personality development as lots of activities other tha work also we can enjoy like almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not....Read More

My first and worst company. I join as an engineer and they deploy me to the onboarding process I discuss with my manager he rudely speaks with me and say kaam karo warna terminate kar denge. They take a money from client by putting people in production bench even infosys clients also get cheated but they didnt they know.

Everything right from call center type projects to micro management managers who push unrealistic goals, mandatory work from office, free healthcare for wife but have to give an hefty healthcare amount for parents

Total Hybrid model and it is not mandatory to work from office and learning paths are so simple. Inside training and content available to learn and upskill their learning.

Dislikes

Pressure for work is most stressful. Team wants to work for higher hours to complete the assigned tasks within a day. Extra hours didn't paid more and also appraisal also less

Lack of benefits, there is no salary hikes or meaningful promotions. The year end evaluations for freshers and low level employees are more often than not just for show. I have been here for 3 and a half years and I haven't received a single benifit from this and it's not like I haven't been working.
